Feel free to contact Crossroads if you are unsure of the type of assessment that your child requires. Advice can be provided based on your individual needs and circumstances. You can choose the environment in which the assessment can occur, advice can be provided based on the information you offer. 

Comprehensive assessment of child's sensory processing and motor skills. Full report with recommendations provided and an option to add goals for an EHCP (at additional cost). 

An assessment of one area of need such as sensory or motor need. Report with recommendations provided. 

A one-hour observation session: This can be in an environment of your choice with list of recommendations for the specific environment.
